As the Senior Business System Analyst you will be responsible for addressing the day-to-day needs of various sales, operations and administrative teams, including work related to system enhancements, upgrades and integration, data preparation, reporting and analytics, and works closely with stakeholders on IT/system projects at Canon Canada.
You will also develop and executes transition plans to ensure successful operationalization of newly developed system enhancements, processes and solutions, which includes preparing documentation, leading training sessions, and providing subject matter support to team members, as well as during solution delivery and transition periods.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a point of contact to assigned business units
Compile, Review and Analyze IT requirements with the assigned Business Units
Work closely with the development teams to finalize the design and deliverables
Compose internal IT testing plans
Build, Review, and Finalize the business unit testing plans
Support and/or Develop project plans and monitor progress
Assist Business Units with post-implementation support
Provide guidance to Junior Business Systems Analysts
To Succeed, You Will Have:
Post Seconday Degree in IT or Business Analysis
IIBA Certification is an asset
PMP Certification is an asset
5-8 years of relevant work experience
Experience in working with/analyzing JAVA applications and Oracle database
Experience with Sharepoint, Visio, SQL
Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Project and Time Management Skills
French is an asset
