As a Sr. Business System Analyst, you will be responsible for addressing the day-to-day needs of various sales, operations and administrative teams, including work related to system enhancements, upgrades and integration, data preparation, reporting and analytics, and works closely with stakeholders on IT/system projects at Canon Canada. Additionally, you will develop and execute transition plans to ensure successful operationalization of newly developed system enhancements, processes and solutions, which includes preparing documentation, leading training sessions, and providing subject matter support to team members, as well as during solution delivery and transition periods.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a point of contact to assigned business units
Compile, Review and Analyze IT requirements with the assigned Business Units
Work closely with the development teams to finalize the design and deliverables
Compose internal IT testing plans
Build, Review, and Finalize the business unit testing plans
Support and/or Develop project plans and monitor progress
Assist Business Units with post-implementation support
Provide guidance to Junior Business Systems Analysts
To Succeed, You Will Need:
Post Secondary Degree in IT or Business Analysis
IIBA Certification is an asset
PMP Certification is an asset
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
Experience in working with/analyzing JAVA applications and Oracle database
Experience with SharePoint, Visio, SQL
Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Project and Time Management Skills
EDI system support, troubleshooting experience is an asset
French is an asset

HYBRID WORK
This position offers a Hybrid work schedule. You will be required to be in the office Mondays and Wednesdays each week, with the ability to work from home for the remainder of the week (subject to specific business needs requiring office attendance)
When working from home, a reliable internet connection is required. Remote work is supported with cloud-based applications and collaboration tools
