Job Description – Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a detail oriented, self-starter, who likes dealing with customers on the phone and can visualize different options and solutions for our distributors.

The successful candidate will have a manufacturing background and a strong mathematical and technical bent. This is an entry-level position. We are willing to train the right individual and help them grow with the company.

We are a small team so everyone must display flexibility and be willing to cross train and pitch in as required.

General Summary of Responsibilities and Duties:

· Answering phone and email inquiries, directing them as needed

· Filing

· Entering orders into E2MFG software

· Quoting for standard repetitive orders

· Entering employee time cards into excel spreadsheets

· Sending out Invoices to our customers using E2MFG software

· Providing clerical support to shipping/receiving departments

· Other clerical functions as required

Job Requirements

· 1 + Years Customer Service/Order Desk experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Education Required: High school graduate or G.E.D.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00 per hour
