Responsibilities:
– Assist customers with their inquiries and provide excellent customer service
– Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
– Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
– Process transactions accurately and efficiently
– Assist in inventory management and restocking of merchandise
– Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
– Follow company policies and procedures
Experience:
– Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not required
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Attention to detail and ability to maintain an organized work area
– Basic math skills for cash handling
