Cardiology clinic with 5 locations across GTA. You will be working mainly at our head office in Scarborough and 2 Thursdays per month at our Markham location. You must be willing to travel and have own vehicle. We have 3 location is Mississauga/Brampton, you are required to be able to travel to all of our locations on a as needed basis or to cover sick leave/vacation time . Gas mileage for all travels to our westend locations will be paid.
Duties include
- Registering and updating patient information in ACCURO EMR
- Managing telephone lines, sorting faxes and return all voicemails
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Assisting with getting rooms ready for Physician and directing patients into the rooms
- Schedule tests and procedures as directed by the physician
- Perform other administrative duties as required
Experience required
- Medical office experience preferred
- ACCURO EMR experience preferred
- Good computer skills and communication skills
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-30 per week
Salary: $18.00 per hour
