Cardinal Health Canada is currently seeking a TPM Coordinator to join the Production team in a full time opening at our Medical Device Manufacturing Facility in Gananoque, Ontario.

Your Contributions to the Organization will be :
- Ensure Product Quality and Safety Compliance
- Provide maintenance support for sealers, packaging equipment and electrode equipment in ECG department and assist on sealers and weld tables in Pre-wired department as needed
- Assist employees with setup & operational adjustments to the equipment when required and provide troubleshooting and resolution support
- Train new employees on processes and equipment
- Support/lead process improvement, Kaizen or other project initiatives
- Assist with line clearance/set-ups to support efficient and timely change-overs
- Support/lead the ink cartridge maintenance and recycling program
- Support tooling/die management program
- Assist in lubrication and cleaning schedule and perform designated equipment PM’s as assigned by maintenance
- Support cleaning and replacement of vacuum filters and suction cups for Robots and Packaging equipment
- Support cleaning/maintenance of Snap machine jaws and gel nozzles
- Support weld station ventilation system cleaning and replacement
- Participate in Non-Conformance investigation and resolution
- Understanding of GMP and 5Smethodology.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma preferred
- Trained trainer or willingness to become a trainer
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interpret and follow instruction
- Trouble shooting ability for problem resolution
- Mechanical aptitude abilities will be accessed through Mechanical Reasoning testing
- Available to work on a weekly rotation(Midnights/Afternoons/Days rotation), 8 hour shifts, Monday-Friday
