About The Position
This is a regular part-time support staff Bargaining Unit position reporting to the Associate Director, Cooperative Education and Experiential Learning working 24 hours per week at an hourly rate of $28.60
The Career Services Coordinator will provide support to all students looking for employment including part-time and seasonal. Support can be individualized or in a group setting. Present job search information to students in-person and virtually utilizing MS Teams. Stay current on local employment opportunities to support job seekers, engage employers recruiting for part-time and seasonal employment. They will also participate in the planning and execution of college events and coordinate and manage the campus Co-Curricular Record including sourcing and promoting both on campus and external volunteer opportunities, track and approve student volunteer activity.
The successful candidate will be working out of our Ottawa location, and will be expected to be on-site.
