Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in automotive parts preferred.
- Proven experience in a parts department or similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, particularly Kia products, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with computerized parts catalog systems and inventory management software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and maintaining records.
- Ability to lift and move heavy parts as needed.
