Northside Community Guest Home is seeking an on-call Food Server/Dietary Staff to join our team.
We are a compassionate and caring community that values the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve meals in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized
- Follow dietary restrictions and guidelines provided by the residents’ healthcare providers
- Assist with meal planning and inventory management
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree, High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or dietary roles preferred
- Knowledge of safe food handling practices and sanitation regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work on-call and during weekends and holidays
