LOCATION
CareGuide is a remote company and we hire from anywhere in Canada. You must live in Canada, and be ELIGIBLE to work in Canada.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You will work alongside a small team that promotes legal and ethical pay for domestic workers across Canada.
We are hiring a full-time payroll administrator.
Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare payroll for nannies and caregivers on a weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly basis
Provide customer service support to clients
Prepare various payroll reports
Ensure all data files are complete
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies
Set up new clients and remove outgoing clients in our payroll system
File ROES online with Service Canada’s ROE Web
Prepare and report WCB/WSIB/WorkSafe BC earnings for clients
Work with clients to ensure accurate payroll processing
Assist our technical team in building our payroll product to make it simpler and easier to administer payroll for caregivers
HOW TO WOO US
You are able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion
You have strong organizational and time management skills
You excel in your ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
1 year of payroll experience preferred but not required
You hold a PCP Certificate (or working towards it)
You’re not just a problem solver, but are solution-oriented and look at all options before proceeding – you’re inventive and curious
