General Description:
The HR & Benefits Administrator will support the Manager, Human Resources & Business Partner and internal teams with Benefits & Pension Administration, Onboarding activities, and provide administrative support for other HR programs and policies. The HR & Benefits Administrator will be required to work with internal stakeholders including HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and other key members of the HR team. In addition, the HR & Benefits Administrator will have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
