Duties And Responsibilities
Responsible for the oversight of front-line operations in a 24/7 environment, supporting the residence community annually, and the summer conference program and guests April through August.
This is an on-campus position with little to no opportunity for remote work. There is a requirement to participate in an on call after hours rotation. As part of their management duties, the incumbent will be required to respond to time-sensitive operational calls after business hours (i.e. staff absences, closure). The incumbent will participate in a yearly after hours rotation (approximately once every 4 weeks) for escalated calls within the residence precinct.
