What are the challenges and how will you make an impact?
The Head of Transition and Transformation is responsible for achieving revenue and profit growth targets, customer satisfaction, and loyalty to the BrokerBay brand for a defined key account(s). The Head of Transition and Transformation works with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to optimize account penetration and contract retention. In this highly visible customer-facing role, the Head of Transition and Transformation leads the account and technical management teams in ensuring customer satisfaction, financial performance, contract compliance, and efficient business support operations while fostering high employee engagement. The Head of Transition and Transformation manages risk and mitigate any issues to promote and maintain BrokerBay’s brand/image.
Key Responsibilities
Identifies new, key and critical transformational processes within all BrokerBay accounts.
Develops, communicates and implements a strategic business plan that supports the execution of a multi-year account growth strategy.
Manages all aspects of the account team (direct, virtual and cross-functional) to achieve business objectives in the areas of: revenue growth, client satisfaction, contract obligations, adoption and retention.
Creates, develops and maintains key client relationships at all organizational levels from executive level to front line staff; identifies and pursues new, multiple transformational growth opportunities.
Provides leadership and direction to team; leads, motivates and inspires account and extended team(s) to successfully execute transformational strategies and tactics to maximize operational excellence and sales effectiveness which in turn increase win rates.
Be accountable for Customer Success Managers and Implementation Specialists KPI’s
Provide subject matter expertise and assessment, manage expectations, communication and coordination to all customers and internal teams consistently.
Accountable for maximizing customer retention and customer loyalty thru relationship management, change management, and adoption.
Develops and own project communication plan to ensure consistent understanding of project progress within key stakeholders. This includes ensuring that the relevant stakeholders are informed of any significant risks or changes and in turn obtain the required decision and direction.
Lead and deliver systems, tools and governance to support all programs and project activities ensuring flow and adherence to plan, targets, metrics/KPIs and deliverables / milestones.
Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS Degree.
5+ years of experience in transition and transformation project management practices
3+ year of experience in creating process flows, data flow and entity relationship diagrams using MS Visio or LucidChart or similar tools.
5+ years customers facing experience.
3+ years of people management experience.
3+ years experience with cloud platforms (GCP / AWS / Azure) and serverless architecture.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge and understanding of Jira, Zendesk and Cloud platforms (preferably GCP).
5+ years experience with MS Office suite and database management. Excel at expert level, PoweBI, advance Level
High degree of business acumen, strong financial aptitude
Master’s Degree.
