Key Job Responsibilities
-
Establish and maintain positive, professional customer relations.
-
Excellent mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to work with chillers, other HVAC and Refrigeration equipment to provide exceptional proactive maintenance and repair services.

Promote branch work order sales
-
Troubleshoot and solve equipment problems; Develop and implement solutions to prevent future occurrence
-
Confident identifying, estimating, and quoting repair and upgrade solutions to extend equipment life and save energy.
-
Comply and re-enforce Environment, Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
Educational /Technical Requirements
-
Must be a member of Union Local 787
-
Must be a certified Journeyperson
-
Must hold Gas Fitter 1 certificate and have sound working knowledge of HVAC system design and building maintenance
-
Ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of chiller maintenance and overhaul experience
-
Must hold a valid driver’s license.

Proficient with various software tools and laptop (MS Office, Outlook, Excel) and handheld devices (iPhone)

Team player with the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines and customer commitments
