As a Service Advisor, you will assist customers with coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs. You will report to the Service & Parts Manager and work with a team of professionals to ensure our clients and their vehicles are treated with the utmost care. This is a full-time role with opportunities for income and career growth.
We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but have held previous roles in customer service, retail sales, the restaurant industry or hospitality. We will provide extensive training and support to help ensure your success and career growth.

Responsibilities
- Oversee flow of customer appointments. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- With the help of our trained technicians, inform the customer of any recommended maintenance services or repairs.
- Learn and follow our processes to create a positive impression with the customer.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person.
