Catalyst Community Corporation Looking for Virtual Assistant at Toronto, Ontario, Canada Full Time

Catalyst Community Corporation is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Virtual Assistant. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, self-motivated, and has strong communication skills.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Coordinate appointments and appointments calendar
• Maintain contact lists
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
• Maintain contact lists for other departments
• Provide general support to visitors
• Perform other duties as required by manager or supervisor

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Detail oriented, self disciplined, and able to complete daily repetitive goals / tasks
• Ability to refer to and understand size charts and size conversions
• Ability to efficiently meet and/or exceed production output demands
• Ability to use a computer including typing
• Strong and accurate data entry skills with the ability to type 30 WPM
• Professional work attitude while working remotely
• Ability to communicate effectively through written words and text messages, utilizing English
• Exceptional vision including close vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus & differentiate colors & fabrics on the screen
• Attention to detail
• Ability to keep and stick to a schedule that will allow work to be completed.
