Job Summary:
We are currently seeking Front Counter Customer Service professionals for both current and future fully remote opportunities at Cattlemens Financial Corporation. As a Front Counter Customer Service representative, you will provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to our customers by providing accurate information on our products and services. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your customer service skills from the comfort of your own home.
We will eventually be opening a new office in Alberta for remote work opportunities. Shifts will fall within an 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday to Friday period, with no evenings or weekends required.
Key Responsibilities:
– Professionally and courteously communicate and respond to clients through phone, video, or online chat, providing accurate information on Cattlemens Financial Corporation’s products and services
– Meet established service targets and provide superior customer service to all customers
– Display our company’s values of customer focus, integrity, partnership, and community by living these values in your work
– Support other areas of the business as needed
Requirements:
– Customer service-focused with a positive attitude
– Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
– Strong interpersonal skills and can work independently and as part of a team
– Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
– Fluent in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Outlook, and proficient in Excel
