About This Opportunity
The Area Director, Alberta is a critical leadership role that ensures achievement of operational outcomes in client experience, team member experience and business performance across the multiple clinics in their region. By creating an environment that exemplifies CBI Health’s purpose, promise and values, this role builds, leads and inspires talented teams to deliver exceptional care, engagement, and results. Reporting to the Senior Vice-President, Operations Alberta, this role contributes to achieving company targets by executing on and ensuring direction and governance on operational accountabilities that align with CBI Health’s near-term goals and strategic vision.
