CBI Health Looking for Customer Service Representative- Mobility Specialist at Waterloo, Ontario, Canada Full Time

As a Mobility Assistant with our Waterloo Home Health Office, you will be responsible for effective and efficient support and coordination of mobility programs and other administrative processes to meet operational needs of the Waterloo and London offices. Reporting to the Manager of Process Improvement/ Quality Specialist, you will be accountable to perform duties and procedures according to CBI Health policies, standards, and procedures.

Your role

• Be the onsite contact for equipment and deployment of phones and laptops, mobile phones and thin client laptops
• Provide back up support for cell phone and thin client laptop problems, referring to IT support when needed
• Manage waitlists for devices, schedule training in coordination with IT staff Training office & field staff (PSS, therapy & nursing) mobile applications & processes
• Be responsible for new hire set ups
• Support training related to system upgrades and enhancement as needed
• Maintain a collaborative relationship all CBI Health staff, to ensure effective and efficient service delivery
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with referral sources, patients, and caregivers
• Participate in completion of all Health & Safety requirements annually
• Attend annual mandatory in-services and meetings
• Complete annual employment declarations as required
• Perform other duties as required

What You Need To Be Successful

• A college diploma in a related field or equivalent experience an asset
• Proficiency with Windows 7, Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and other software/computer systems
• A positive attitude and ability to work professionally in an office environment
• Ability to work in the Waterloo Home Health office is required
• Ability to clear a criminal background check upon hire
• Experience and ease with laptops and phones
• Excellent verbal, written and telecommunication skills, with understanding of medical terminology/ community health as an asset
• Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task, manage time effectively and have a strong eye to detail with experience in data management preferred.
• Ability to function under pressure, resolve problems and meet changing deadlines and responsibilities
• A patient service/customer service training background an asset
• Flexibility to work occasional evening or weekends as operational needs arise
