The Job

We are seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to join our team. The position will involve the following duties and responsibilities:

• Maintaining budgets
• Processing Bills and Bill Payments
• Operating Bank Accounts and Reconciliation
• Operating Payroll, DAS Compliance and ROE Forms
• Preparing management reports on financial and operational areas.
• Filing GST/QST Returns
• Ensuring Compliance with Tax and Other Company Regulations
• Providing Tax Advisor with Books of Account as required

The Ideal Candidate

You are an enthusiastic and highly motivated worker, with keen attention to detail, and strong organizational capabilities. You are able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

You have:

• Completed a Bookkeeping, Accounting or Finance related Diploma, Degree or Qualification;
• At least 3-5 years of experience in all aspects of Bookkeeping
• At least 1-3 years working with Quickbooks (Online or Desktop version)
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (or similar) software; and
• Proficiency in using Internet-based Interactive websites, both for work related tasks and for research.

Salary: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year commensurate with experience.
