CDN is currently looking for a Data Entry Ticket Administrator to join our growing team based out of our head office in Grande Prairie. The Field Ticket Administrator will report to the Payroll & Benefits Lead and will work alongside the Senior Payroll Administrator.

Responsibilities:
Receive all electronic field tickets daily to be entered into GP Dynamics &Doc Link.
Review transactions daily to ensure validity and accuracy.
Fix and adjust rates as needed per job per contractor/employee.
Update, Maintain & Insert Rate Sheets.
Update/Create & Distribute Ticket Templates.
Assist with full bi-weekly Payroll process, if needed.
Review and problem solve with employees on any reported field ticket issues quickly and efficiently.
Manage & Organize Group Emails.
General office support as required.
