Responsibilities:
– Serve as the main point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors, providing excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
– Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
– Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events using calendar management software.
– Assist with training and development initiatives for new and existing employees.
– Oversee team management activities, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support.
– Maintain office files and records, ensuring they are properly organized and easily accessible.
– Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in an office coordinator or administrative role preferred.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
– Knowledge of phone systems and medical office management is a plus.
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
