Duties:
– Enter data into the system accurately and efficiently
– Create and maintain spreadsheets using Excel, including pivot tables
– Perform basic mathematical calculations as needed
– Organize and maintain files and records
– Transcribe information from paper documents into digital format
– Assist with general clerical tasks as assigned
Requirements:
– Previous experience in data entry or administrative role preferred
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to accurately transcribe information
– Basic math skills for calculations and data analysis
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
