Job Title Customer Service Representative
Reporting To North America Sales Manager and Head Office
Overview The Customer Service Representative provides administrative and customer support for the Euro Import Sales Team. This position is accountable for ensuring data reports are run on a timely manner, updating department spreadsheets, and ensuring order information is accurate in Lumber Track. In addition, the Customer Service Representative provides holiday and out of office coverage which includes order entry and non-trade related customer inquiries.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

This position requires excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to work in a demanding environment.
Operational Recognize and eliminate all safety hazards, in office and during business related travel.
Provide weekly and monthly reports to the sales managers as required.
Develop and maintain a record of purchases and relevant shipping schedules for interdepartmental use.
Answer customer phone calls and virtual switchboard.
Collaborate with internal departments including Accounting, Sales and Inventory Coordination, the administration team, and senior management.
Cover H/O admin when required for invoicing, release orders, Lumber Track ship to addresses, and other tasks as required.
Provide direct sales administrative support to the Import sales team.
Manage and maintain a variety of spreadsheets as required.
Maintain and correct any errors of orders in the sales system such as customer delivery address, customer reference numbers, sales price, PO number.
Assist in coordination and communication with reloads and 3PL providers.
Office support for traveling or remote sales team members.
Coordinate and supervise department VMI programs with internal and external parties.
Support traders on office routines and sales system usage.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience 3-5 years’ experience in a sales support or customer service role.
Education Grade 12 education; completion of an appropriate post-secondary program would be an asset.
Skills Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
Proficient with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, One Note) and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Must be initiative-taking and organized in work habits. Above average written communication skills are essential. Must be able to operate efficiently in a fast-paced team environment while providing superior customer service.
Ability to become an expert with the Lumber Track software system.
