The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Senior Talent Partner to lead talent acquisition strategies for both internal and external recruitment efforts. Reporting to our Director of People and Culture, you will partner with international hiring managers to develop and execute strategic hiring plans that attract top-tier talent.
From full-cycle recruitment to pre-boarding and collaborating closely with the P&C Advisors, the Senior Talent Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping Certn’s high-performance culture by matching individuals whose values align with our organization’s mission. This position entails providing valuable guidance to leaders on talent attraction, enhancing experiences, and ensuring seamless communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
This position will be a 70/30 split between talent acquisition and general people and culture duties, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to both strategic recruiting initiatives and overall PC functions effectively. Due to the international requirements of this role, preference will be given to candidates able to work in the eastern or central time zone.
