Our Management Consulting practice in Edmonton, Alberta is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced practitioner who has led multi-discipline teams engaged in critical initiatives to improve organizational performance, through analysis of existing business issues and development of future plans from conception through implementation.

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for Consulting services
- Develop proposals and project plans
- Prepare business cases, risk assessments and feasibility studies
- Develop strategic business plans, including organizational performance objectives and delivery strategies
- Conduct current state assessments and develop models to support understanding and recommendations (e.g., business process, policy/rules, organizational structure, facility, application, data, etc.)
- Plan and facilitate business transformation
- Facilitate cultural change
- Facilitate implementation of governance and continuous improvement strategies
- Develop strategies, reports, reviews and/or recommendations regarding the implementation and/or delivery of publicly funded health services
- Conduct research, analysis, position papers, jurisdiction scan, and analyze supporting data and provide strategic advisory services based on it
- Collect and analyze information on emerging and innovative trends in publicly funded health systems through market engagement, stakeholder engagement, industry best practices
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
- MBA
- 5+ years of post-graduate related Consulting experience in the healthcare industry, including Alberta
- In-depth understanding of Alberta’s healthcare environment
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with clients and team members
- Strong verbal and written English
- Business process analysis and modeling
- Requirements gathering and analysis experience in large business or government settings
- Balance multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
Desired Skills:
- PMP
- Business process management methodologies (e.g. Lean, SixSigma, other)
- Procurement experience
- Organizational change expertise
