Position Summary:

The position is to assist of forecasting, preparing, and presenting financial statements. Responsible for tax compliance, actively involved in business operation

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Manage Payable process: Verify Purchase Requisition, Issue Purchase Order, Examine Vendor Invoices, Record expenses onto predetermined GL, submit payable list on bi-weekly basis, obtain approval and submit ACH or Wire payment.

· Handle Invoicing process: Create subscription jobs, Collect and Organize professional services data, ensure correct project group, raise invoice as per contract terms, submit invoices to customer or project managers, obtain approval in case of client dispute before issuing credit memo, Demand required deposit payment.

· Work through Month-end and Year-end process: Produce Revenue report, reconcile revenue accounts with collected data, perform cut off test to ensure expenses and revenues are properly record in the reporting period, Consolidate UK and QBC financial statements, Close periods after each month end process.

· Reconcile Sales Tax report, Handle Sales Tax remittance

· Ensure GAAP compliances

· Maintain relevant business/accounting records

Qualifications:

· Undergraduate degree in accounting

· 0 – 3 Years of experience in accounting field

· Strong business knowledge and analytical skills

· Good communication skills
