Champlain Regional College Looking for Hourly teacher – Specialist in Transportation and Logistics at Saint-Lambert, QC Full Time

The Continuing Education Department of Champlain College Saint-Lambert requires the services of an HOURLY INSTRUCTOR to teach the course of CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES (410-085-LA)

This course will introduce the importance of customer service in any business. It will provide students with the conceptual framework to provide high quality customer service to internal and external clients, to develop customer loyalty and to regain lost customers. Students will also be introduced to and apply the staircase sales technique. This course will help students develop communication skills and acquire interpersonal skills to work effectively in teams.

Required Qualifications :

Must have a thorough knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry.
Must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3 years of pertinent experience,

or a minimum of 8 years experience of which at least 2 must be in management.

Experience teaching an adult clientele in a similar program is an asset.

Proficiency in French is required. This course is taught in French.
