What will you work on?
The General Administration department mainly plan, organize and attend various meetings and perform various administrative tasks for the Senior Site Director and management team members and assist the Human Resources department with day-to-day activities.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking for a bilingual (French, English), motivated individual with a College degree in bureautics, secretariat or the equivalent who works with precision and strives for quality work; a team player with a collaborative and positive attitude.
- 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 at an executive level;
- Excellent working knowledge of relevant Microsoft Office software, particularly Word, Excel, Power Point;
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent customer orientation;
- Ability to work to deadlines and adapt to changes;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Ability to work without supervision and for several people at the same time;
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

About Safety Assessment
Charles River is committed to helping our partners expedite their preclinical drug development with exceptional safety assessment services, state-of-the-art facilities and expert regulatory guidance. From individual specialty toxicology and IND enabling studies to tailored packages and total laboratory support, our deeply experienced team can design and execute programs that anticipate challenges and avoid roadblocks for a smooth, efficient journey to market. Each year approximately 120 investigational new drug (IND) programs are conducted in our Safety Assessment facilities.
