Charolais Dentistry Looking for Front Desk Receptionist at Brampton, ON Full Time

Job Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Minimum 2 years of Canadian Dental Office experience is Mandatory
• Knowledge of Tracker Software is required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills is must
• Ability to work independently & as team
• Computer proficiency

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients to the practice.
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed.
• Assist patients to fill out information forms.
• Prepare patients’ charts and daily schedules for the dental staff.
• Update patient records and document recent treatments and procedures.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and provide telephonic reminders.
• Communicate with Dental insurance providers to get the Insurance Coverage Breakdown
• Verify, collect & Enter payments as needed.
• Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, filing, and faxing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Every Weekend
• Morning shift
