About the Job
Are you an exceptional communicator, a problem solver at heart, and committed to helping customers achieve success? Checkfront is seeking a talented Onboarding Specialist to support our popular cloud-based booking and e-commerce application.
We have a great approach in our Sales team that fosters, incentivizes, and rewards teamwork. Our approach to sales compensation is different, new, and rooted in teamwork and overall results.
Candidates chosen to interview for this position will have a minimum two years of experience in onboarding, technical support, account management, sales or equivalent roles. Also important are impeccable communication skills, good technical knowledge of SaaS environments, and a positive attitude. A technical background will help in this role; we are seeking experience in either sales or technical roles.

Note that we are seeking candidates who reside in the Central, Eastern, and Atlantic time zones. This position is a remote position with travel to Victoria, BC, approximately once per year (maybe more during onboarding/training.)
