Job Description;
As a Concrete Finishing Foreman, you will be in charge of a team of 5-15 other employees. Your team will be completing job tasks such as: commercial building sidewalks, aprons, ramps, racking pads, warehouse floors, concrete pads repairs and replacement, concrete demo, prep including cribbing and rebar installation, and other flatwork and hardscape work.
Job Requirements;
To be successful in this position, you must bring a strong work ethic, work safe, be dependable and reliable, be physically fit, as well as have a means of transportation to get to and from job-sites.
Attention to detail, assertiveness and being pro-active within this role will see fast advancement in position and pay.
Excellent ability to read and interpret blue prints correctly and give instructions to crews and follow-up production and job quality
5+ years finishing and placing concrete is required.
Ability to run a medium to a large size concrete crew.
Experience running concrete tools like power trowels, ride-on finishing machine and be very good in the art of concrete finishing
Experience in sidewalks, large scale floor pours of 50-100 cubic meters per pour, concrete stairs and handicap ramps
Dealing directly with clients via project superintendent and project managers.
Must have strong concrete forms building skills especially for sidewalks, aprons, racking pads, side entrances and smooth finished floors

Starting wage: $35-$40per hour
Wage is based on experience + Potential Bonuses
We can also offer health benefits to the right candidate after a successful completion of his/her 3months probation period
