Schedule: Full time – Monday to Friday – 40 hours work week. Overtime needed as per business needs and training objectives.

Compensation: $57,915 – $68,000 per annum
The Canada base salary range for this position is $57,915 – $68,000 per annum+ bonus + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. More specific salary ranges for your preferred location can be discussed during the hiring process. Please note that the compensation details reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, benefits, pension contributions and/or additional incentives.

About This Role And About You
The incumbent will provide support for Chemtrade business units through effective and cost efficient coordination of the Tank/Hopper (rail) car fleets to shipping locations, customers and repair facilities. This includes ensuring business unit obligations for timely delivery of rail volumes across Chemtrade’s North American business lines are met, and also includes effective management of both loaded/empty railcars ensuring optimal cost/fleet savings. The Fleet Coordinator will work in conjunction with, Customer Service Group to identify rail movement delays and act appropriately to ensure product is delivered to customers in a timely manner, or that customers are notified of pending delays. The Fleet Coordinator will escalate within Chemtrade and Railway Management as required to achieve desired results. The incumbent will also identify and implement cost saving/efficiency improvements and strategies.
