The Talent Development Coordinator will help provide support in the design, development, enhancement and delivery of Talent Development programs and services. Through building and delivering progressive people, cultural, and organizational strategies, and solutions we will help to achieve a superior employee experience and driving performance excellence. The individual will play a key role in building our Centre of Excellence through the development and execution of tools, processes, policies and procedures and services in the disciplines of, training and development, employee engagement, talent assessments and succession planning, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Reports To: Director of Talent Acquisition & Development
Location: Chemtrade’s office are located at 404 & Finch Ave, North York. This role is offered as a hybrid position to be available to work from the office 1 to 2 days per week with remaining days available to work from home.
This role is being offered on a contract basis to cover a leave for a period of 14-16 months. The opportunity for permanent full-time will be based on a combination of several variables including performance and business needs which will be evaluated towards the end of the contract term.
