As the Director of First Impressions/A/P Clerk, you will have a solid understanding of accounts payable and basic bookkeeping. Reporting to the onsite manager you would need to work as part of a team and independently given this is an evening position.

Job Details

• Our Directors of First Impressions are the welcoming face and voice of our business. We are looking for a person for the Front Desk – Evenings 3:30pm to 11:30pm who is responsible for a variety of tasks ranging from greeting everyone with a smile to basic bookkeeping, telephone reception skills, organizing schedules, filing, and responding to emergency calls.
• Shifts will be Saturday and Sunday with occasional relief on other days as required.
• Computer and basic accounting skills (debits and credits) skills are ESSENTIAL in SAGE50, excel.
• Attention to detail, being highly organized, reliable and having strong interpersonal skills are mandatory for this position.
• Also, the ability to tell a good joke, participate in social events, and have musical talent would be beneficial.
