Job Title: Professional Education Support
Term: 35 hours per week / 8 weeks ( please note that the applicant must be between the ages of 15 to 30).
Job Responsibilities:
The individual will be responsible in assisting with the operations of the Quality Initiatives team at CDRCP. The individual’s role will support both the Professional Learning (PL) and Raising the Bar (RTB) team with administrative tasks related to daily operations, as well as supporting community members with their PL needs. The role also includes supporting the Resource Centre, where individuals have access to equipment, materials and resources to support children’s development and individuals with developmental disabilities. The individual will assist in developing resource kits, data entries into the database, supporting resource members (parents, educators and social service agency representatives) and maintaining resources that are available through the resource library.
Additionally, the individual will participate in other duties related to the role and daily operations as per the organization/team needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
The applicant must be between the ages 15-30 years and is a Canadian Citizen, permanent resident, or person on whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, as per requirements of the project funder of Canada Summer Jobs.
