Chobani Looking for Senior Director Digital Product Manager – Supply Chain at Ottawa, Ontario, Canada Full Time

The Digital Product team is tasked with articulation of the vision, execution and implementation of Chobani’s next generation of digital products and data infrastructure. The team is not only responsible for creating roadmaps, delivering data and technology solutions but will also be accountable for business improvements and outcomes. Responsibilities

• Data and Technology Strategy: Develop, maintain and execute a comprehensive data and technology road map aligned with Chobani’s Supply Chain goals and objectives. Identify opportunities to leverage data assets, analytics and machine learning techniques to drive innovation, customer insights and revenue growth. Prioritize initiatives based on business value and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and adoption
• Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for data and technology products, including ideation, requirements, design, development, testing and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption, solve problems and realize business value
• Business Outcome and Objective Alignment: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics. Partner closely with operations leaders to strategize, deliver insights and make data-driven recommendations to drive revenue growth and improve customer experience
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, operations and IT teams to understand their needs and ensure alignment with the overall digital strategy. Effectively communicate updates, progress and outcomes to all stakeholders
• Competitive Intelligence: Stay informed of industry trends, market dynamics and competitor activities related to data and technology products. Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for differentiation and adoption of cutting-edge data technologies

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in computer science, business analytics, finance or a related field
• Proven experience of 10 years in product management or data science, specifically focused in consumer products
• Ability to analyze data, synthesize insights and drive data driven decisioning
• Experience with data engineering, data science, including familiarity with tools such as SQL, Python, machine learning and visualization tools
• Experience utilizing consumer insights, segmentation and personalization strategies to optimize marketing initiatives, improve customer acquisition and retention and drive revenue growth
• Business acumen and the ability to balance technical feasibility with business needs and value creation
• Willingness and ability to roll up your sleeves and get things done

Compensation Range: $174,400.00 – $261,600.00, plus bonus.
