We are a famous Greek Restaurant in the heart of Greek town with a rich history of excellence and a passion for food. We are seeking a cook that also has a passion for food and excellence.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure consistency of quality, portion control and plated presentation
• Ensure recipe adherence in kitchen execution of all products served
• Adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety Program
• Build and maintain relationships with team members.
• Demonstrate high personal integrity, business ethics and takes every opportunity to promote the venue
• Additional duties as assigned or required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5-6 years experience in the field, in a similar role with knowledge of Greek and Mediterranean cuisine
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Excellent knowledge of food, food handling and food preparation
• Strong communication skills
