Localisée à quelques minutes du centre-ville de Montréal, Services aériens LUX inc [LUX Ground Services Inc.] est une entreprise en pleine expansion exploitant un service d’opérations et de ravitaillement au sol (FBO/Fixed-Base Operation) à l’aéroport de St-Hubert (CYHU). LUX exploite également un terminal à l’aéroport international Jean-Lesage de Québec (CYQB).
Notre société mère, Chrono Aviation, a été fondée à Québec en 2012. À ses débuts, la compagnie exploitait un Pilatus PC-12 et employait deux pilotes. À ce jour, Chrono Aviation dispose d’une flotte de 15 appareils et d’une équipe de 280 employés.
Rôle et contexte
Sous la supervision de la chef de la direction financière, le candidat sera responsable des services comptables, de la production des états financiers en plus de consolider des rapports de direction mensuels et trimestriels destinés à l’équipe des ventes et à la haute direction de l’entreprise.
Responsabilités clés
- Effectuer la gestion de la trésorerie
- Participer activement à la budgétisation annuelle et aux prévisions financières
- Assister et jour un rôle-conseil après du directeur financier
- Participer en tant que membre actif de l’équipe d’implantation d’un nouveau logiciel comptable
- Superviser la préparation du dossier de vérification externe et être la personne-ressource dans la vérification annuelle
- Collaborer à l’optimisation et l’implantation des processus d’affaires
Compétences clés
- Tu es aussi passionné que nous par le domaine de l’aviation
- Tu es autonome, organisé et a le souci du détail
- Tu sais facilement t’adapter à la pression, aux diverses situations et à ton environnement
- Tu sais faire preuve de rigueur et possèdes une bonne gestion des priorités
- Tu aimes travailler en équipe
Exigences spécifiques au poste
- Baccalauréat en comptabilité, avec titre de CPA
- Minimum de cinq (5) années d’expérience pertinentes
- Bonne connaissance des processus d’affaires et contrôles internes
- Expérience en comptabilité ave transactions intercompagnies
- Expérience en gestion d’inventaire et travaux en cours
- Expérience en implantation de système (un atout)
- Niveau d’anglais fonctionnel (parlé et écrit)

Who are we?

Role and context
Under the supervision of the CFO, the candidate will be responsible for the accounting services, the production of financial statements and the consolidation of monthly and quarterly management reports for the sales team and senior management of the company.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out cash management
- Actively participate in annual budgeting and financial forecasting
- Assisting and advising the CFO
- Participate as an active member of the implementation team of a new accounting software
- Oversee the preparation of the external audit file and be the contact person for the annual audit
- Under the supervision of the Finance Director, collaborate in the optimization and implementation of business processes
Key competencies

Specific job requirements
- Bachelor of Accounting with CPA designation
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of business processes and internal controls
- Experience in accounting with inter-company transactions
- Experience in inventory management and work in progress
- Experience in system implementation (an asset)
- Functional English (spoken and written)
