We are currently seeking a Manager, Application Delivery to join our Wealth Management Information Technology team. In this role, the successful candidate is expected to provide leadership to a highly skilled and diverse group of project managers, software developers, and business systems analysts in the design, development and maintenance of wealth management systems for Assante Private Client, and CI Private Wealth.

• Oversee a team of project managers, developers, and business systems analysts
• Oversee design, development, and implementation of solutions required to support business objectives
• Plan, manage and organize tasks and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with project team members and other stakeholders to define project delivery roadmaps considering tactical and strategic business and technology needs
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure project deliverables meet quality and performance standards
• Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and standards
• Ensure services are consistent with applicable standards and are maintainable, and supportable over time
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies, and assess their potential impact
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
• Provide training, and mentoring for team members and foster teamwork and knowledge sharing

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies
• Understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks
• Understanding of hardware and software platforms, connectivity solutions, databases, middleware, cloud computing, etc.
• Certification in project management or business analysis
• 3+ years demonstrated project team coordination and staff management, talent development and succession planning experience
• Familiarity with investment and wealth management domain: portfolio management/administration, back-office administration, compliance, etc.
