At CIBC, we are on a mission to build the relationship-focused bank of the future. Our job opportunities are as diverse as our employees and clients themselves; we hire folks from chemical engineers to art curators to work in a variety of positions like analysts, consultants, coordinators, leaders, frontline support, and everything in between.
Are you an Indigenous student looking for an internship or co-op opportunity? Are you still in post-secondary, or just graduated?
We’re looking for self-identified First Nations, Metis and Inuit students and recent graduates to join our teams for paid co-op and internship opportunities. When you join CIBC as a student or new graduate, you will be making a difference for our clients, team, and your community. You will be using your strong relationship-building, communication, and technical skills to assist your teams with a variety of different projects and priorities.
This application is not tied to one specific position or department, but rather an opportunity to connect with one of our recruiters and discover where you and your talents fit at CIBC.
We’re interested in your personality more than your professional experience, even if you feel like you’re not “fully qualified”, have existing financial services knowledge, or aren’t sure about working at a bank, we still want to hear from you! No matter what your strengths or experiences are, we invite you to submit an application so we can get to know you and help you find your next opportunity at CIBC.
Duration of Co-Op/Intern work terms available: 4, 8, 12, 16 month co-op opportunities
Duration of New Graduate work terms available: 12 – 24 month opportunities
