What You’ll Be Doing
As Senior IT Project Coordinator, you are responsible for providing support, guidance and ensuring project control procedures and policies are maintained for a large portfolio of network projects in accordance to Enterprise delivery framework and technology project performance standards. You will support the Project Managers throughout the project management process by assisting project managers develop, manage, and control schedules by updating and making mitigation decisions and escalating as appropriate. Additionally, you will track progress and make recommendations on response plans for risks, resolution plans for issues, support the tracking of small projects, generally under $1 million, and track and reconcile financials ensuring resolution of anomalies, as well as update and reconcile latest estimates ensuring actuals to plan.

REQUIREMENTS
Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
Strong oral/written communication skills
Demonstrated experience in managing projects as an IT Project Coordinator
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Solid knowledge of the software development lifecycle, enterprise development concepts, and tech infrastructure
Passionate about people; eager to build relationships and surround yourself with a diverse network of partners
High attention to detail
Strong critical and creative thinking skills; you think outside of the box!
