Job Description
What you’ll be doing
As a Mortgage Servicing Specialist you will be responsible for handling inquiries from existing and potential clients with mortgage servicing needs or requests for mortgage related information. The role demonstrates solid written, verbal, interpersonal, analytical and application skills to provide accurate details regarding CIBC mortgage products while maintaining a high level of professionalism and client service. The Mortgage Servicing Specialist supports best practices and responds to clients with urgency, always giving objective advice. The role meets client relations, client satisfaction and productivity targets by understanding client needs, offering first call resolution of issues and actively promoting the full range of mortgage products, ensuring that clients experience a bank that listens actively and demonstrates care for their unique needs.
