Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
As a member of the dynamic and growing team, the incumbent will work closely with various technology areas to manage, coordinate, and lead multiple technology portfolios within CCT. Successful individual is responsible for managing a team of between 5-8 individuals who process intakes from initiation through delivery (Intake, Triage, Discovery, Requirements gathering, Solutioning, and Assessment). The successful individual will be the first point of escalation for the intake clients. This position requires excellent time management, interpersonal skills, team collaboration, and a strong desire to achieve excellence as part of a dynamic and diverse team.

How You’ll Succeed
Communication – Prepare various documents to communicate continuous improvements. Communicate with individuals at various level and teams across the organization. Manage all escalations for CCT intakes
Leading and Mentoring – Lead and coach a high performing team of Senior Intake Analysts. Provide support, motivate, and develop your team. Share knowledge and collaborate to come up with effective solutions to problems.
Continuous Improvement – You have a continuous improvement mindset and are constantly looking for ways to improve the processes you own or contribute to.
Compliance and Reporting- Collaborate with the PMO to ensure compliance with EDF guidelines and project standards, processes, tools and methodology. Prepare reports regarding status and health of the assigned portfolio(s).
Adaptability – Be able to adapt and respond to changing business priorities and needs by re-planning and prioritizing
