Cineplex Looking for Cast Member Virtual Hiring Event at Winnipeg, MB Full Time

The Cast Member position is an hourly role with part-time hours and varying shifts. Cast Members are supervised by the location based Management Team and [where applicable] Cast Leaders. In conjunction with their team, they are responsible for facilitating Guest service within their theatre. Cast Members are responsible for a variety of duties, including [but not limited to]; interacting with Guests, sales transactions, general cleaning and counting inventory. Cast Members will exemplify the Company’s values, follow all policies, procedures and guidelines of Cineplex, while creating and maintaining strong professional relationships both internally and externally.

Guest Experience:
Interact with Guests in a positive, professional manner.

Maintain a high degree of visibility and accessibility to Guests.

Deal swiftly with Guests concerns and escalate to supervisory staff where support is needed. Report all Guest concerns to supervisory staff.

Process transactions efficiently to maintain a high speed of service for our Guests.

Follow standard recipes to ensure high food quality for our Guests.

Theatre Operations:
Preparing and serving food.

Routine cleaning of equipment.

General cleaning of all areas of the theatre; both back of house and Guest facing.

As scheduled by management, assist in the execution of promotions, rentals and other special events.

As scheduled by management, complete all daily tasks and checklists.

Health & Safety:
Report any observed machinery that is unsafe or broken to management.

Be aware of hazards and identify to management.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Work in a safe manner.
