We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team of Customer Service Representatives. The successful candidates will be responsible for aiding customers with their inquiries, and will also have to deal with a large number of phone calls and emails from customers. An associate at our company must have a high level of dedication, and be willing to aid customers who have issues with our company or products.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Use cash registers to process payments and perform transactions.
- Handle customer disputes in a fair and effective manner.
- Maintain personal appearance standards, such as wearing appropriate uniform.
- Perform various clerical tasks and maintain records as required by law.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $15.50 per hour
