• The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing healthcare initiatives from conception to completion, engaging with cross-functional teams, and cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• In addition, this role involves a focus on quality improvement, identifying areas for process optimization, and ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations.
• The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, or a related field, with a proven track record in project management within the healthcare sector.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
