Our Business Services team in the Parks, Recreation, Culture and Facilities Department is looking for two Regular Full Time Booking Clerks. You will be working with the public and community groups to assist with the centralized booking of all facilities within the Parks, Recreation, Culture and Facilities department. You will coordinate and process bookings of halls, meetings rooms, gyms, indoor and outdoor pools, fields and courts, and ice rinks. You will further prepare and maintain a variety of files, records and data associated with the bookings. As well, you will utilize your excellent communication and customer service skills to assist and provide information to the public relating to the bookings. A CUPE hourly rate of $25.86-30.29 (2022 rates) per hour as well as an excellent benefits package are offered by the City.
