The Learning and Development Coordinator will work as part of a dynamic and collaborative team within the Talent and Organizational Development division in Human Resources to coordinate and deliver the program management of corporate compliance training, corporate orientation training and leadership development programs. The successful candidate will provide program design, e-learning development, and administration of training systems for a variety of employee initiatives related to learning and development and the City’s leader development program. This position is required to work closely with organizational subject matter experts and external contractors to design training, evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and ensure high quality and effective learning outcomes.
