Reporting to the Director, ITS/ Chief Information Officer, the Manager, Digital Adoption and Transformation is responsible for the ITS Business Relationship and Change Management functions in order to promote the adoption of digital tools and solutions to enhance business productivity and maximize value. The primary goal of the role is engagement and empowerment of staff get the most out of digital tools and solutions in support of their daily job duties.
Through change management frameworks, business relationship management skills, IT Service management methodologies, coaching, education, negotiation and influencing, this role will help business leaders understand and prioritize various technology and corporate initiatives that will advance their business performance and service delivery initiatives.
